Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Panaviu ("Panaviu," "we," "us") and govern your access to and use of the Panaviu platform, including Panaviu Personal, Panaviu Business, and any related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Service organizes information into Personal (household) and Business (organization) workspaces. You are responsible for the data you input, upload, or connect to a workspace ("Your Data"). You retain all rights to Your Data. You grant Panaviu a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Your Data solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

If you invite others to a workspace, you are responsible for their access and for ensuring you have the right to share the underlying information with them.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' workspaces.
• Use the Service to send spam, run unauthorized scans, or transmit malware.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a hosted offering to third parties without our written permission.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance based on the plan you select. We may change pricing on notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Refund policy. We want you to feel good about Panaviu:

• Immediate cancellations. If you sign up, realize it's not a fit, and email us within 24 hours without meaningfully using the software, we'll refund you in full — just reach out.
• Accidental renewals. If you forgot to cancel and haven't logged in during the new billing cycle, email us and we'll refund that renewal charge.
• Outside of the cases above, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

To request a refund, contact support from the in-app help (?) menu or reply to your billing receipt.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, authentication providers, payment processors, or data sources) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for their availability, accuracy, or security.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Panaviu and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Your Data. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for configuring access controls, sharing settings, and member roles inside your workspaces appropriately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panaviu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Panaviu does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice; information shown in the Service is for operational visibility only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panaviu and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you (for example, by email or in-app notice). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Panaviu is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
