Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move up or down between Business tiers anytime as your headcount and asset count change — your data stays put. Adding or removing Personal is a one-click toggle.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every plan — Personal, Personal + Business, and Business+ — starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a credit card at signup to hold your spot, but we don't charge it until day 15. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be billed.
What happens if my company outgrows a tier?
If you cross the asset, contract, or site limits of your tier, we'll let you know and walk you through upgrading. We don't auto-bill you into a higher tier without your say-so.
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Your data lives in a managed Postgres database on Lovable Cloud, isolated to your account by row-level security. Nobody else on Panaviu — including other customers — can query it.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can request a full export of your workspace at any time, and deleting your account removes your data from our active systems.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Your operations data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. AI features that exist run on prompts you explicitly trigger.
Is there a free trial?
We're finalizing the trial details. For now, sign up and we'll grandfather early users into a generous trial when billing turns on.
